At Vision25, we believe every young person deserves a future filled with purpose, pride, and possibility.

Vision25 was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose: to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young adults with disabilities as they transition from school or college into adult life.

We recognised a gap in local services - especially for young people aged 17 and over - who needed more than just care; they needed opportunities for personal growth, social connection, and skill-building in a meaningful and inclusive setting.

From the beginning, our mission has been to support young adults to realise their potential, develop independence, and build lasting self-worth. We remain committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services that are fun, motivational, and life-enhancing.

At Vision25, we believe that the environment people learn in matters. Our spaces are carefully designed to support disabled young adults in developing confidence, independence, and practical life skills.

Each room within Vision25 has a clear purpose. From creative workshops and digital learning areas to calm sensory spaces and practical kitchens, our environment allows students to explore different interests, develop new abilities, and build the skills they need for everyday life.

Our approach is hands-on, supportive, and person-centred. We understand that everyone learns differently, so our spaces provide opportunities for creativity, communication, skill-building, and wellbeing in ways that work for each individual.

Together, these spaces help create a safe, supportive community where young adults can grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and prepare for greater independence.

Together, these spaces form the heart of Vision25. Each room provides opportunities for young adults to learn, create, communicate, and grow in ways that recognise their individual strengths and needs. By combining practical skills, creativity, wellbeing support, and social development, we create an environment where disabled young adults can build confidence, develop independence, and feel valued as part of a supportive community.

Vision25 is for young people who are ready for more.

More independence.

More friendships.

More joy.
