Jen Addison
CEO/Founder
Hi, I’m Jen. I am passionate about my role in the charity and feel we’ve built the kind of family atmosphere I’ve always dreamed of. Every day, I get to see our young people discovering their confidence, gaining independence, and celebrating even the smallest victories—and it’s truly inspiring. Being part of their journey is what makes my role so meaningful.
Our families are an important part of what we do. I feel a genuine connection with each of our parents, and their support is something I truly value every day. Click the button below to find out more about my story and why I started Vision25.

Personally i enjoy fitness, sports, and formula 1.
Rob Puckering
Training & Development Manager
I have worked with SEND in both the Education and Social Care sectors for almost 30 years, watching and helping alot of our young adults grow from a young age to the amazing capable young adults they are today. I always remember, with fondness, the first time I ever visited Vision25 back in the Richard House days. After a short chat with Jen in the office area she took me around the corner to meet the young adults and I smiled the biggest smile ever as a dozen or more young adults all looked up and instantly recognised me and all greeted me with a warm friendly welcome and asked me how I was and what I'd been up to. Some things you can't fake - that was one of them.
