Quality Assurance

We will carry out quality assurance checks to ensure continuous service improvement.  All sessions undertaken will include a risk assessment where required.


Vision25 complies with the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulations (May 2018).  We are aware of the eight DPA principles which mean data will be fairly and lawfully processed, processed for limited purposes, adequate, relevant and not excessive.  It will be accurate and not kept for longer than necessary.  Processed in line with your rights, be kept secure and not transferred to other countries or other companies without adequate protection and with your permission.  We would assure you of the absolute privacy of your details at all times. 

Vision25 complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.  We would assure you of the absolute privacy of your details at all times –  which will never be passed on, or marketed to any other parties.
